Celebrate INTERPENDENCE

Happy Independence Day to all my readers!

So, as we all know it’s a great day to every Indian and today we completed 70 years of independence. On this occasion, we have our tricolour or Indian army in our DPs and patriotic quotes in status.

“Proud to be an Indian” feel!

Of course we are Indians and love to be patriotic but only on such national festivals. Unfortunately, the flag we are having today in our hands or on the terrace facing towards the sky, tomorrow we will get the same in the heap of garbage on roads. This is the most common example of what Indians feels proud about and what independence actually means to them. This is our nationality that we suddenly become patriotic towards our country, our army and our flag on such national occasions only.

No doubt, even I am writing such things on this day only.

But do you really think that this is the only day when we need to feel like a ‘Sachha Deshbhakt’?

Do we need to show our patriotism by sharing pictures of Indian Soldiers?

These things, seems very good on social media and takes few seconds to share with others.

But in reality, very few of us exist who are real ‘Independent Indians’!

So, who is an Independent Indian?

Who not only respects our flag, our army but respects other people of India along with their as well, who is a human before being ‘Hindu’, ‘Muslim’ , ‘Sikh’ or ‘Christian’, who is against of racism, who understands the actual patriotism without being ‘an occasional patriot’ and who is

Free to help others

Free to respect others

Free to unite with others

Free to speak against any crime

Friends, not only independence or republic day are the days which are made to place flags on at your homes. Nobody is going to give you a noble prize if you are having the largest collection of tricolour stuffs on 15^th August.

Being an Indian, we should feel an internal peace of patriotism by making the country as our own family and all Indians as its’ members.

Let’s take an oath today,

 

हम आज़ाद हिन्द के नागरिक
मिल कर एक प्रण लेते हैं, कि
"हम एक भारतीय होने के साथ साथ,
इंसानियत के हर फ़र्ज़ को निभाएँगे।
देश मैं होने वाले छोटे से छोटे अन्याय को रोकने कि
हर मुमकिन कोशिश करेंगे।हर तरह के भेदभाव को भूल कर
सभी का सम्मान करेंगे।
आने वाली हर मुश्किल का
एकजुट हो कर सामना करेंगे
ताकि तिरंगे का सम्मान सिर्फ फेसबुक पर नहीं
हम सभी के हृदयों में रहे
और हम मिसाल बन सके अपनी आने वाली पीड़ी के लिए
जिस से हमारी ही तरह वो भी शान से कह सके,
"हमें गर्व है कि हम भारतीय हैं"
