Position or Performance..??..!

Position and performance! Very usual words. And easy to understand for everyone. Sometimes, they seems like synonyms and that’s why, most of us don’t have any concern about their importance separately. Do you ever think about their importance or why should we have so much concern about it?

Whenever we start any work or we are in the mid of any work, we put every possible effort to perform the work. Once we are done, very of us left, who really focuses on the PERFORMANCE as per their POSITION and this very a very common thing in us. But do you think that we should continue the process of putting efforts in our work even after getting a particular position?

I think, we should differentiate the importance of both the words in every working area it could be society, family, even a friend circle. For instance, it’s easy to become a member of your own family but your concern about your responsibilities and faithfulness under a particular status makes you a better person. So does it mean that having a reputed position and almost negligible contribution in performance never makes you a better person?

It’s not like that.

As I said before, very few us left with the same contributions after getting a rank. The main crux is how smartly we take the advantage of our status along with performing the decided tasks. Why to flaunt about position? Who would care about our show off?

If you want to show off than show your hard work, responsibilities and their fulfilments, focus on everything instead of taking advantage of your status because

World knows you just because of you work more than what you are.

And if you are the king and totally ignorant about your responsibilities towards your kingdom then nobody would care for you and the whole kingdom would start criticising you.

So friends, don’t feel overconfident about anything and just focus on your work positively and then you will easily get the position you want.
