Appreciation

“Kitna achcha lagta hai na jab koi humari tarif karta hai.” We suddenly start feeling very happy whenever someone appreciates us. Off course it must happen because “apni tarif sun na toh sabko hi pasand hota hai”. From our looks to our work we never refuse to have compliments or appreciations. And if I talk about the appreciation which we get through our work and achievements, it has its’ own charm.

When we achieve something, our fellows and parents always appreciate by saying,”Well done or keep it up”. Their compliment fills a unique energy and increase the level of enthusiasm in us to face upcoming challenges. After getting such compliments we usually decide to work hard for future and not to leave any opportunity of appreciations. And mostly, we succeeds in that too then again the process of continues and the number of compliments increased as well. But, does it mean that we always work to get appreciations from others?

Well friends, I agree that the question is very complicated. As I said before that we never refuse to have appreciations and it fill confidence for upcoming works but it also has negative effects. In such cases, we start focus on having large number of appreciations instead working as per others’ expectations and our goals as well.
"Toh kya is soch ke sahare, humein apni tareefon ki umeed karni bhi chhor deni chahiye??"

Not at all guys. I think we should not lose that hope because we always get what we deserve not what we desire for. So guys, keep doing your work instead focus on appreciations because we will always get them if keep on achieving our targets.

LOGON SE MILI TAREEF HI HUMEIN QABIL-TAREEF-BANATI HAI"
